Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Shanae.
Founder of House of Flow and a local mum who wanted to create a more flexible and accessible way to prioritise gentle movement.
The idea for House of Flow came during those early days of motherhood, when finding the time and flexibility to move my body felt harder than it should. I dreamed of creating a space that felt beautiful and welcoming, while offering the freedom that so many of us need — with 24/7 access, regular crèche hours and the ability to move whenever it suits you.
House of Flow became the place I wished existed: somewhere you can come exactly as you are, take a little time for yourself, and feel completely at home.

About
Not just a studio — a home.
For mindful movement, on your time.
A place to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself. Calm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, House of Flow is movement made simple.
With just seven reformers, warm natural light and a calm atmosphere, every detail has been designed to help you slow down and enjoy moving your body.
Because movement should feel less like another thing on your to-do list, and more like coming home.

Crèche available
Yes, we have crèche! A safe, welcoming space for them, so you can take a moment for you. Our supervised, on-site crèche is available six days a week, with convenient morning and afternoon sessions available.

Why Reformer Pilates?
The reformer is unlike anything else. A sliding carriage, spring resistance, and endless variation combine to create a class that challenges your whole body while feeling completely supported. Every session builds strength, flexibility, control, and that quietly addictive sense of progress.
